Specialty Warping Yarns; Not a Total Novelty

Giovanna Imperia Textile Studio - specialty yarnsSomething I haven’t done in a little while is highlight a yarn company. Actually, I’m not sure that I’ve done that yet at all. Well, now is as good a time as any. So here goes. Recently, while researching novelty yarn distributors, one company I came across that I found particularly interesting is Giovanna Imperia Textile Studio. I believe they are based in Texas and by the look of their website, they specialize in some really unique yarn types. Something I was particularly excited to see was the long list of yarns that can be used for warping. I have to say, getting you hands on specialty yarns that are suitable to use as warp threads is not an easy task. So, bravo to a company who’s helping us keep things interesting. Now, without further ado, check out this list of highlights. You won’t be disappointed.
