What program will I need to open my file”
Adobe PDF Reader (which is free, and nearly everyone already has it installed), and that’s about it. We also use spreadsheets for some of our templates, but because not everyone has Excel we host our excel files with Google Sheets instead. As long as you have a Gmail account, you can use those forms.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Currently we accept Paypal, Amazon payments, or credit cards. The card payments can go through Paypal or Amazon, but you don’t need an account with them to place an order.

Do your products work with both Mac and Windows?
Yup, no problem. As long as you have Adobe PDF reader, which most people do, you’re set!

Do your products work on mobile devices?
Yes, all of our products work for mobile devices too. However, Wholesale Line Sheet Template, and the Purchase Order Form Template must be edited on a computer, not a mobile device. But once you’ve finished editing them, you can export them to a mobile friendly format for others to view on any device they wish.

Why can’t I edit my Google Spreadsheet?
You can! The only way Google will allow us to send you a google document is by sharing it, so we give you access to a Master spreadsheet. If you want to make an edit, you just need to make your own copy by going to the File menu, and selecting Create Copy. Or, you can also make it into an Excel file if you like, by going to File, Download As, and then selecting Microsoft Excel.

When I try to open my PDF, it’s saying “Please Wait…”. Why can’t I open it?”
Some computers try to open PDF files in a web browser or another 3rd party PDF reader instead of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The “Please Wait” message is coming from those programs, not our file, and we know it’s not a very helpful message. The issue is some of these 3rd party PDF readers are too basic to handle interactive forms. Fortunately, it’s an easy fix. To open it, you simply need to open it in the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most people already have this on their computer, but if you don’t you can get it here.

What is your return policy?
For our digital products, we don’t offer refunds after a successful download. We’ve created our products to be universally usable so you shouldn’t have many problems opening or using them, but if you are having technical issues, let us know. We’ll do everything we can do help you get it working!
