Working for yourself has more perks than I could could possibly list in a reasonable amount of time. But that doesn’t mean that there aren’t downsides. One challenge that a lot of us face is the ability to stay healthy.
Putting our health before our business doesn’t always happen because deadlines need to be met, emails need to be sent, meetings need to be scheduled.
But that’s a problem because the health of your person is directly related to the health of your business. So make sure you take the time to:
- Exercise
- Eat right
- Take breaks
- Spend time with friends and family
- Read books for pleasure
- Experience nature
- And whatever else you can do have a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy soul
