When we’re running our businesses, we’re always looking for ways to grow. We think about how to creativity promote what we have to offer without coming across as sales-y or pushy. One thing we often forget is the significance of how we make our customers feel.
And one feeling that everyone loves to have, is the feeling of importance. If you can make your customers feel important, they will always think of your brand first because they’ll like how they feel when they’re around you. They’ll feel like a star in your book, like what they have to say and what they think are important to you. {As hopefully they are!}
So make it a habit to:

- Focus on them and ask them questions
- Make it obvious that you’re listening to them
